Brief To design an identity for Teen Shalt Not Kill Teen aimed at young people aged 13-17 bringing awareness of teen killings . My first ideas were ‘more love’ or ‘golden heart’ so I went along with golden heart for the first day until I really started to think about what would golden heart means to Teen Shalt Not Kill Teen. I thought it would mean not all teens carry knives or guns some will have a great life ahead of them and that there is some goodness in teens, you cant blame teens for everything that is going on because it can be the parents in the way, they don’t care or the environment they are brought up in or if something has happened to them when they were younger, so now they will think its right to pick on bullies. Then I thought of another name ‘Hole In The Heart’ which tells us more and can represent more for teen shalt not kill teen because you can be born with a hole in your heart, you can feel un-wanted and there's a hole in your heart because of emotions or your getting picked on. My picture of a heart is almost geometrical in the way, it nearly fits all together but it jars slightly never quite fitting in. My slogan is 'Less Hate More Bass' because alot of people my age 13-17 listen to alot of music and their life. Bass for the beat of The heart and is the backbone of music. From my ideas we have came up with Teen Shalt Not Kill Teen camouflage t-shirt with is really cool. Jordan Goleby 15.
